Cookie Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by the websites you visit. We also use your browser's local and session storage, which works in a similar way. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), non-essential cookies and similar storage may only be used with your consent.
2. Cookies we use
The essentials are needed for the site to work and are always on. Everything else is set only if you accept.
| Name | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Platform sign-in session | Keeps a member of our team logged in to the private admin area. Never set for ordinary visitors. | Session, up to 7 days |
| htp_cookie_consent_v1 | Remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner so we don't ask again. Stored on your device only. | 12 months |
| htp_entry_attribution | Records which page or advert brought you to the site so we can report on our own marketing. Stored only with your consent. | Until you close the tab |
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gac_* | Set by Google Ads to measure which adverts lead to consultation bookings. Set only with your consent. | Up to 90 days |
3. Change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing it stops new advertising and analytics cookies being set, and removes the marketing attribution we hold on your device.
4. Your browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working, such as submitting an enquiry form. Google's own controls for advertising cookies are available at adssettings.google.com.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add new tools that use cookies we will update this page and, where the change affects what is stored, ask for your consent again.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to info@transplantpartners.com. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.
